The SPARK Center at Boston Medical Center has worked with NFSC since 2002 to enhance levels of support for orphans and vulnerable children, particularly those affected by HIV/AIDS. Examples of their recent work include completing a cross-cultural knowledge exchange initiative, conducting a qualitative needs assessment in Uganda, presenting their joint work to academic and medical audiences at Boston University School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health. Looking ahead, these two community-based organizations seek to engage in a sustainable 'twinning relationship' to augment patient care, staff skills, resource sharing, and staff retention at NFSC and SPARK.

Justice Resource Institute is a USA based leader in the field of community based services for people with HIV. JRI's Center for Training & Professional Development is working to build leadership, management and strategic planning capacity within NFSC and the OVC Coalition SUCCESS in Uganda.

Joint Clinical Research Centre joined NFSC to provide on-site medical teams that have helped to train staff, provide medical equipment as well as counseling, testing and follow-up treatment and medical care to thousands of HIV-infected children and families through our clinics and village outreach programs.

The AIDS Support Organisation (TASO) is a leading nongovernmental organization in Uganda. It was founded to meet the needs of adults living with HIV and to provide prevention services throughout the country. Since NFSC began TASO staff have provided training, staff supervision and Board members to the NFSC staff and volunteers.

Chenery Middle School After School Program (Chen-Ex) is an after school program located in Belmont, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. Chen-Ex raised awareness of NFSC and money to send two expressive arts therapists to NFSC for six weeks of music, writing, dance and recreational programming in NFSC's after school programs - the exchange program, Many Voices One Song has resulted in artwork, songs, and recordings in Belmont and in NFSC.

Partners In Evaluation Scotland works with a wide range of clients to share the skills and techniques that improve planning and practice for the effective delivery of programs and projects. They have faithfully provided assistance to NFSC, particularly with regards to fundraising.
